"Malvasia "Vigna 80 anni" by I Clivi is a complex, elegant and delicate white wine, obtained from grapes that come from centenary vineyards. Rest in steel on the fine lees for at least one year. Excellent drunk with a few friends, as well as being a perfect companion to the table.

""RBL" dei I Clivi is an atypical sparkling wine. The second fermentation differs from the traditional charmat or classic methods as it takes place in the first fermentation. Towards the end of the fermentation, when the residual sugar is around 25 grams per litre, i.e. a quantity which, when dry, brings the pressure to 6/7 atmospheres, the tank is closed so that the CO2 released by the fermentation of the remaining sugar is trapped in wine. The wine is then left in the same tank to mature on the lees and after two months it is bottled at constant pressure. The sparkling wine made in this way maintains the primary aromas characteristic of the vine, all played on finesse and minerality.

The Ribolla Gialla by I Clivi is a light and elegant Friulian white wine. Fermentation in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.

Ego di Bressan is an intensely velvety red wine, where a symphony of undergrowth scents acts as a corollary to a bouquet of pepper and musk that gradually evolves to leave room for hints of goudron, truffle and aromatic wood. Each bottle is signed by hand.

Terpin's Chardonnay is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the oldest vineyards located on land composed of ponka. Aging in wooden barrels. It is not filtered or stabilized before being put on the market. A nice golden yellow in the glass, with slightly amber reflections. The nose includes aromas of ripe fruit, honeyed notes, and dried flowers. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, round, savory, with good minerality and freshness. Closes long.

Doi Mats' Merlot is a full-bodied and elegant red wine born in the Buttrio vineyard, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, and aged for 18 months in amphorae and barriques. Long persistence, finesse and great balance.

The "Morus Alba" by Vignai da Duline is a white wine of great personality obtained from a blend of Malvasia istriana from Duline and Sauvignon from Ronco Pitotti, spontaneous fermentation as in the style of the vintners and aging in barriques and used tonneaux. It has an intense straw-yellow color, with fine and elegant aromas reminiscent of yellow-pulp fruit, with herbaceous, spicy and dried fruit scents.The palate is enveloping and well-structured, characterized by excellent minerality and freshness, and closes long and persistent.

Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. Ronco Severo's Ribolla is a full-bodied and sapid macerated white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape variety. In the show glass of golden yellow color. “La Duline” by Vignai da Duline is a red wine made from Schioppettino grapes. Aging for 11 months in barriques. Light filtering before bottling. The nose is played on red berries, such as currants and raspberries, floral and spicy notes, with a vegetable touch. In the mouth, the acidity is sharp and the development of the flavor is deep, the tannin is just hinted but present in the background to support an out-of-the-ordinary flavor. Wine with its own personality far from the muscular and pulpy Schioppettini.
