Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. "U Giancu" by Possa is a white wine of beautiful freshness and drink, made from white grapes. Aged half in oak and acacia barriques and half in steel containers for 8 months.
