Ripetente by Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. the grapes come from a vineyard that is approximately 60 years old and is located on clayey soil. Due to a fermentation block in the 2021 vintage, it was produced with the ripasso technique, using the skins of the same type of grape as the 2022 vintage. It refines in steel for a few months.
