Azimut Cava Blanc Brut Nature by Suriol is a sparkling wine resulting from an assembly of classic native varieties used for Cava: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. It ages in the bottle for about 9 months before being disgorged. Zero dosage. Azimut is a complex and highly drinkable wine. It is an excellent aperitif, but also a refreshing companion throughout the meal.

The Cava DO Mirgin Riserva di Alta Alella is a wine based on a blend composed of Pansa Blanca, Macabeu and Parellada, which ages for more than 30 months on the yeasts. Macabeu by Clot de les Soleres is a fresh sparkling wine from Catalonia that is appreciated for its freshness and minerality. Spontaneous fermentation of 4-5 days, and then bottled with a residual sugar in order to favor refermentation. Aging on its lees for 13 months, and disgorging in October of the year following the harvest. No filtration or clarification.

Greco di Subur Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is an elegant and fruity vintage sparkling wine made from Malvasia de Sitges grapes. It has a fine perlage with a golden yellow color. The nose is marked by a fruity character with tropical fruits in particular and fine notes of pastry. On the palate the entrance is fresh, enveloping with good body and pleasant creaminess, long and fruity finish.

BB is a red wine produced from Bobal grapes. The grapes come from old vines that rise on clayey-calacarea soils. Harvesting is done by hand. Once they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and macerated for 1 or 3 days depending on the vintage. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and refining for several months in steel tanks. It is a fresh and crunchy wine. The nose shows all its strength, with aromas of ripe red fruit, notes of spices and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is light, with an amazing ease of drinking.

TN by Partida Creus is a fresh and fruity red wine that comes from a blend of Tempranillo, Sumoll, Bobal. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous steel yeasts with 4 days maceration followed by 10 months aging in large old wooden barrels. It is not filtered, clarified and without the addition of sulfur dioxide before being bottled.
