The Cremant d'Alsace de Raphael by Les Vins Pirouettes is a fresh, agile and crunchy sparkling wine based on a blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Riesling, Pinot Grigio. Pierre Frick's "Voyages" is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Pinot Gris, Sylvaner and Riesling grapes from three different vintages. On the nose it offers a bouquet with intense aromas of candied orange peel, tobacco, vanilla, strawberry jam, gingerbread and cinnamon. On the sip it shows an intense, rich and decisive body. Pierre Frick's Riesling is a wine made from grapes of the same name from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. The harvest is manual, and after pressing the fermentation takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. No addition of sulfur during winemaking. Aging in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. A wine that has intense and fine aromas of citrus, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

Acratus by Stéphane Cyran is a red wine from Lorraine, made with Pinot Noir grapes. The vinification involves a short maceration of 8 days, followed by aging in concrete tanks, which contributes to its freshness and the maintenance of fruity purity. This wine has an aromatic profile characterized by crunchy fruits, accompanied by fine tannin which gives great elegance to the palate. Although it can be enjoyed now, Acratus has interesting aging potential, promising to reveal further nuances and complexities for those who choose to cellar it. The Cuveè Nature Pur Jus by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes are hand-picked as usual and in the cellar they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Refine on its lees for one year in the tank. The second fermentation is done with the addition of must. Bottled without filtration, without clarification and without added sulphites. Not dosed.A splendid wine thanks to the freshness of Riesling and the tension given by Pinot Bianco. This is Yann's largest production wine. 8000 bottles!
