Aging is in large 15 hl barrels for 12 months. It gives the nose hints of spiciness and minerality. The mouth is full-bodied and mineral, persistent.

"Egesta" by Aldo Viola is a white wine made from 100% Grillo grapes that macerate on the skins for at least 6 months. The nose espriem hints of citrus, candied fruit, Mediterranean and mineral notes. Iscadoro di Casebianche is a white wine obtained from a blend of Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 1998 on a clayey-calcareous soil.
