Merlo Nero 2022 - Collecapretta
The Merlo Nero di Collecapretta is a wine that is produced from Merlot grapes. Fermentation in open vats with its own yeasts for 6 days and refinement in fiberglass for 8 months. Aromas of blackberry and sweet spices on the nose and notes of humus, wet earth and dry leaves. In the mouth it is rich and fat but the tannic presence and acidity preserve elegance and poise. Merlo Nero - Collecapretta
The Merlo Nero is obtained from Merlot grapes coming from old vineyards situated on the hillside and raised on the back as in the Umbrian countryside tradition.
