Spontaneous fermentation with a 3-day maceration on the skins. It then ages for 3 months in steel tanks on its fine lees and 5 months in the bottle. The nose has fruity and floral aromas followed by aronatic notes. On the palate it is fresh, juicy and fruity with good minerality and slightly tannic.
