Tagadà is a rosé wine obtained from a blend of all three grapes. The grapes are strictly organic (use in the vineyard only of copper and sulfur) that come from vineyards, about thirty years old at 600 meters high. In the cellar spontaneous fermentations and no additions of any kind, nor sulphites (at any stage of processing and bottling) or other, not even filtering and clarification.

Calgingulo di Giostra is a red wine obtained from a blend of local red and white grapes which ages for a few months in steel. "Settevigne" is an elegant red wine with an octane structure made from Tintilia grapes, an autochthonous red grape variety from Molise almost disappeared and only rediscovered in recent years, thanks to Claudio Cipressi who was one of the first to believe in this grape variety. The Settevigne has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is intriguing with ripe red fruit, balsamic and spicy notes. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, medium-bodied, round and enveloping. It closes with a finish characterized by a slightly fruity aftertaste.

Macchiarossa by Claudio Cipressi is a red wine that on the nose releases intense hints of dark spices and balsamic whiffs. In the mouth it enters warm, soft and coherent, with strong spicy hints. Obtained with Tintilia grapes, a vine that Claudio Cipressi contributed to rediscover and enhance.

Bacio di Lara is a wine obtained from a blend of strictly organic white grapes (used in the vineyard only for copper and sulfur) that come from vineyards located at sea level. Spontaneous fermentation in the cellar with maceration on the skins for about 10 days and aging in steel. No additions of any kind, nor sulphites (at any stage of processing and bottling) or anything else, not even filtering and clarification. Here is a new Molise that exists!

Tintilia Lame del Sorbo is a red wine made from Tintilia grapes, the native grape of Molise. The grape harvest is manual, soft pressing in the cellar and spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The refinement continues in the same tanks. On the nose, fruity scents and spicy notes that bring back to the Rhone. In the mouth it is fresh, very savory and super drinkable.
