The company is located in Casa del Diavolo set amongst the Umbrian hills, and is managed by Marco Merli with the help of dad. Few hectares managed in a natural way where the result should be as healthy as possible through fertilization carried out with animal manure, green manure erborei, only treatments with copper and sulfur and the establishment of a coexistence between weeds and screws. The wine is made only in the cellar where you prefer the spontaneous fermentations with only indigenous yeasts and refinements between cement tanks, large and steel barrel. The cultivated vines are Trebbiano, Grechetto, Malvasia, Sangiovese, Merlot, Ciliegiolo, Muscat, Cabernet Sauvignon that go to make up the 13 labels that Marco produces.
