Tagadà is a rosé wine obtained from a blend of all three grapes. The grapes are strictly organic (use in the vineyard only of copper and sulfur) that come from vineyards, about thirty years old at 600 meters high. Meigamma Rosato is a wine made from local red grapes which are vinified in pink, with a brief maceration on the skins for 18 hours. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in contact with noble lees in used barriques. A feminine wine, with notes of fragrant flowers and fresh fruit, a gentle version of the rosé wine.

A rosé wine outside the box as per Lammidia style, in which the freshness and ease of drinking are sought. Obtained from red grapes that are harvested when they have a lower sugar level, in order to have greater freshness and acidity. Refine in steel and fiberglass. It has a beautiful pale pink color. The nose has hints of red fruit, such as strawberry, black cherry and pomegranate, followed by notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is crunchy, nice fresh, and with an overwhelming drink.

Logorroico by Il Torchio company is a red wine that comes from a blend of red grapes. Fermentations take place spontaneously in open tubs and in whole clusters for each of the varieties. We then proceed to the assembly of the wine, which does not undergo alterations such as clarification or filtration. The refinement takes place for a few months in oak barrels.
