The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

Greglu is the new sparkling wine from Fattoria Mani di Luna. Grechetto in purity, a sharp, fresh refermented wine with great acidity. 570 "Allius" di Montecorneo is a tonic and crunchy version of Montepulciano. A part of the grapes is pressed, the rest undergoes a semi-carbonic fermentation, in order to let the wine express the fresher soul of the grape, deliberately avoiding a concentrated effect.

De Lia is Marco Merli's interpretation of a native grape variety such as Ciliegiolo and the international Merlot. The Trubiano from Conestabile della Staffa is a white wine macerated from pure Trebbiano grapes. It is amber in color. On the nose the aromas are very intense, with typical oxidized notes, followed by hints of ripe fruit, caramelized, and spices. On the palate it is fascinating, fresh, elegantly tannic and persistent.

Maceratum di Fongoli is a macerated white wine obtained with Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. The hand-picked grapes are fermented in open vats with spontaneous yeasts on the skins without temperature control and with manual punching down three times a day. Pressing with a soft membrane press. Permanence on the fine lees and decantation with decanting and oxygenation. The wine thus obtained is bottled without filtration or addition of sulfur. A wine with an intense and brilliant yellow color with beautiful shades and lively reflections. Enveloping aromas that recall honey and exotic fruit notes. At the first sip it appears very fresh, you can immediately fully savor its soft and decisive taste. Then comes the warmth of alcohol and finally the pleasantness of a complex and rich wine remains.

Tribulato is a sparkling wine produced from Trebbiano Toscano grapes. This white ferments in stainless steel containers and in the spring following the harvest it spontaneously ferments in the bottle with indigenous yeasts. It has an intense straw yellow color, with slightly orange reflections. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of dried fruit, bread crust, honey and spices. The sip is taut and straight, with a nice acid boost.

Pigro delle Sorbe, a white wine from the Collecapretta winery, is produced from Greco grapes grown in the hills and reared as in the Umbrian peasant tradition. Aged in fiberglass for 8 months. No yeasts are added except those deriving from the grapes and from the cellar. White wine with a sunny and welcoming character: the aromas are warm and refined and the flavor demonstrates a beautiful combination of fatness and acidity.

Brucisco Rosso is a Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon based wine. The aging for the Sangiovese and Merlot takes place in steel, while the Cabernet Sauvignon ages for 11 months in 10-hectolitre oak. The nose smells of red fruit, undergrowth and spices. On the palate it is balanced, greedy and elegant with a good tannic structure.

The Merlo Nero di Collecapretta is a wine that is produced from Merlot grapes. Fermentation in open vats with its own yeasts for 6 days and refinement in fiberglass for 8 months. Aromas of blackberry and sweet spices on the nose and notes of humus, wet earth and dry leaves. In the mouth it is rich and fat but the tannic presence and acidity preserve elegance and poise. The finish is of coffee and currants.

Lautazio is a red wine made from Ciliegiolo grapes that ages in glass-cement containers for the whole winter and undergoes the first racking with the waning February moon. It is repotted at the end of March and then bottled in early April. The nose is vinous with aromas of cherries and violets, flanked by an ancient cellar perfume.
