Pantun Rosato- Pantun
Pantun Rosato is crafted from red grapes grown in *alberello*-trained vineyards on deep clay soils, with a planting density of 5,000 vines per hectare and a controlled yield of 6 tonnes per hectare. The grapes are hand-harvested into crates between August 20th and 28th during the early morning hours to best preserve their freshness and integrity. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in small stainless steel tanks. The wine subsequently ages for eight months in steel and for another six months in clear Bordeaux-style bottles. In the glass, it stands out for its fresh, mineral character, underpinned by pleasant savoriness and delicate notes of just-ripened cherry that accompany its elegant, balanced, and persistent finish.

Cellar: Pantun - Az. A.gr Garagnano Domenico
Pantun is a young Puglia company that is located in Mottola, in the tarantine countryside. Born by the will of two authentic vintners like Jutta and Mimmo who at the beginning of the two thousand years decided to start producing a crafty and sincere wine. Pantun is a monovarietal cellar, in fact, in the two hectares of vineyards is cultivated practically only Primitivo with some rows of Alessano bianco and Malvasia of Candia. Vineyards with an average age of 15 years are exposed to the south and grow on clay-calcareous soils Jutta and Mimmo leave nothing to chance during their work in the vineyard, treatments are only with copper and zinc, yields are low And the fertilization is carried out with organic manure and the technique of the almond, all this in order to obtain healthy and mature grapes. Pantun wines are robust, dense and full of matter, a mirror of the territory
