Valli Unite is a cooperative that was founded in 1981 by the union of three small family-owned businesses. The purpose of their union was to unite and share land, working resources, human resources, organizational skills, but above all ideal working energy. Today, the cooperative has grown and has more than 28 people who come from different experiences, but all are accustomed to respect for the environment and nature, safeguarding native breeds and traditions. Valli Unite produces native vineyards such as Timorasso, Barbera, Dolcetto, Croatina and Cortese on an area of ​​24 hectares. In vineyard the work is manual and the vineyards and grapes are grown in biological, no chemical treatments are used. The screws benefit from the self-produced compost by conveying the organic waste of the farm, the kitchen and the manure of our stables. Harvesting grapes is hand picked with grape selection. In the cellar only spontaneous vinification and minimal intervention of man.
