Vitoska by Skerk is a macerated white wine made from Vitovska grapes, a native variety closely linked to the territory and local traditions. Refines one year in barriques before being bottled. Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

“La Duline” Friulano by Vignai da Duline is a white wine with great personality obtained from Friulano grapes. Spontaneous fermentation as in the style of the Vignai and aging in used barriques and tonneaux. On the nose, fine and elegant aromas reminiscent of yellow pulp fruit, with herbaceous, spicy, and dried fruit hints. On the palate it is enveloping and of good structure, characterized by excellent minerality and freshness, and closes long and persistent.

Pinot Grigio Sivi by Radikon is a white wine macerated for 10 days on the skins which is aged in oak barrels for 18 months. With a coppery yellow color, the bouquet is expressed on aromas of orange peel and spices. In the mouth it is broad, long, mineral and slightly tannic.

The Slatnik is an intense golden yellow color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular peach and apricot, with notes of chocolate and floral scents. On the palate it is ample, opulent, greedy, slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. It closes long on notes of fruit.

Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.

Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.
