Azimut Cava Blanc Brut Nature by Suriol is a sparkling wine resulting from an assembly of classic native varieties used for Cava: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. It ages in the bottle for about 9 months before being disgorged. Zero dosage. Azimut is a complex and highly drinkable wine. Macabeu by Clot de les Soleres is a fresh sparkling wine from Catalonia that is appreciated for its freshness and minerality. Aging on its lees for 13 months, and disgorging in October of the year following the harvest. No filtration or clarification.

The Propeller by [Trub: Stoff] is an ancestral wine refermented in the bottle, a recent project by the couple Florian Moll-Geraldine Bollmann, in Southern Baden. The vine is Muller Thurgau, coming from vineyards located on calcareous marls of marine origin in depth. De-stemmed and crushed grapes, 3 days of maceration, bottled during fermentation.
