Azimut Cava Blanc Brut Nature by Suriol is a sparkling wine resulting from an assembly of classic native varieties used for Cava: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. It ages in the bottle for about 9 months before being disgorged. Zero dosage. Azimut is a complex and highly drinkable wine. The "Stella Retica" Valtellina Superiore Sassella by Ar.Pe.Pe is a red wine produced using Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes, coming from vineyards located on calcareous and pebbly soils. Naked Red by Weingut Heinrich is a light, harmonious and juicy red wine, born from a marriage of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Saint Laurent. The grapes are harvested by hand from mid-September to early October and when they reach the cellar they ferment with their own yeasts and macerate with the skins in fermentation vats of wood and stainless steel. Refine for more than a year in wooden barrels.

Macabeu by Clot de les Soleres is a fresh sparkling wine from Catalonia that is appreciated for its freshness and minerality. Spontaneous fermentation of 4-5 days, and then bottled with a residual sugar in order to favor refermentation. Aging on its lees for 13 months, and disgorging in October of the year following the harvest. No filtration or clarification.
