ColFondo Agricolo Colli Treviagiani IGT di Bele Casel is a sparkling wine obtained through the refermentation in the bottle, a traditional method of the Asolo hills for many generations. The "Macerato" sparkling wine from Cantina Furlani is produced using white grapes. The vinification is carried out spontaneously without added yeasts and without temperature control, with a short maceration. For decanting the lunar cycles are followed. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained.
