Service

We taste the Sur Lie Macerato at a temperature of 6/8 ° in Flute glass. Sparkling wine to drink immediately.

Cellar: Cantina Furlani

Cantina Furlani is located in Vigolo Vattaro, in the province of Trento. It is a small artisan cellar run by Matteo Furlani, which cultivates its six hectares of vineyards with native vines such as Verderbara, Lagarino bianco, Vernaccia, Nosiola, Lagarino Rosso, Marzemino, Rosara, Negrara, Lagrein and vines Such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer. The vineyards of Matteo are found on limestone soils and are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics, refusal of herbicides, pesticides and chemical fertilizers. In the cellar Matteo Furlani prefers spontaneous fermentations, indigenous yeasts, little sulfur and for the travasi follows lunar cycles.
