Producer Bele Casel

VENETO

The adventure of Bele Casel begins more than 40 years ago, with Luca's grandfather, the current owner, who raised an acre of malvasia near the house and sold all his damned production. The turning point is with the arrival of Danilo, Luca's father, a young oenologist who decided to expand the cellar and start bottling the wine. Few bottles, but made with love, labels written and hand-paste and delivered directly into the customer's hands. Then one day a phone call received by an American importer, who was looking for good Prosecco, makes Luke understand the great qualities of his company. Since then, more than 5 years have passed but Bele Casel has never been renounced to the quality of its products. The hectares of vines are 21 cultivated in organic order between Maser, Cornuda and Caerano, not only Glera but also Merlot, a vine in which the family believes a lot. Today in the company's guide there is Luca who believes in Prosecco's tradition of production with its Prosecco Colfondo and its aging, because it is not difficult to come across old wines of its wines and be astonished by the complexity they buy with glia years.

ColFondo Agricolo Colli Treviagiani IGT di Bele Casel is a sparkling wine obtained through the refermentation in the bottle, a traditional method of the Asolo hills for many generations. The grapes used are Glera and local varieties such as Bianchetta Trevigiana and Perera, which grow on marly-clayey soils. The nose perfumes are constantly evolving, fresh and fruity aromas in the first months of life, after the year from the date of bottling complexity and intensity are the masters. The sip is mineral, almost salty, persistent. There remains the light hint of bread crust and a light and pleasant bitter taste typical of prosecco.
