Supersonique by Thomas Rouanet is a deep and intense red wine produced in the Languedoc region. It is a blend of Carignan, Aramon, and Cinsault, produced from vineyards of at least 70 years, the fermentation takes place spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts. Part of the maceration is carried out with whole bunches while the refinement takes place in oak barrels and lasts about 10 months. A wine that fully reveals all the nuances of the terroir it comes from.

"L'Illicite" by Thomas Rouanet is a macerated white wine composed of Terret blanc, Terret gris, Carignan blanc, Carignan gris, and a few bunches of Muscat of Alexandria and Chasselas. Fermented in whole clusters for 6 weeks with frequent punching down, while the refinement takes place in wooden barrels for six months. The minerality is ample both on the nose and on the palate, and the sip is full, fresh and deep, elegant and of excellent persistence. A wine that manages to conquer everyone.
