"Barrosu" is a powerful red wine made from Cannonau grapes. It has a dark ruby red color. Fruity nose with a balsamic trace and aromas of capers, thyme and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping and savory. It closes very persistently. A deep and elegant Cannonau.

Another small masterpiece by Giovanni this Modestu, dry white wine made from white grapes. Maceartion of 5 days and aging of 7 months in exhausted wooden barrels. The nose is intense, with strong aromas of white-fleshed fruit, notes of aromatic herbs and fresh flowers. On the palate it is warm, with beautiful freshness and flavor. Harmonious and pleasant wine.

Montisci's "Franzisca" Cannonau Riserva is a pulpy and overwhelming wine made from Cannonau grapes that come from 80-year-old vineyards. On the palate it is juicy and balsamic, fresh and elegant. Persistent. A special wine to listen to.
