JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

The name Losna in the Carpeneto dialect means 'the flash of lightning'. Obtained from 100% red grapes, it is refined in different types of wood, not first passage, between tonneaux barrels and barriques. The nose is fruity, with hints of red pulp fruit. On the palate the drink is pleasant, smooth, aromatic and fresh. Good persistence.

The Bianco by Testalonga is a wine that is produced with local grapes and which macerates on the skins for 5 days. The grapes come from old vines grown between the sea and the mountains. The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. A wine that offers mineral and brackish notes, with hints of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and hydrocarbons. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, and very savory.

The Barbera d'Asti DOCG by Olek Bondonio is a wine made from grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard. Ferments with the skins for two weeks and refines in large barrels and steel. 760m by Azienda Agricola Sciara is a red wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes which come from vineyards with an average age of 70 years. Refines for 19 months in oak tonneaux of various sizes and glass containers. A wine in which the aromatic intensity extends into sensations of stones and dried berries that emerge between a sensation of anchovy paste and ferrous notes. On the sip it is well structured and rich in substance. The pseudo-caloric sensation brings with it hints of figs and black fruits, saline notes and a woody finish. The wine expresses itself at its best at least half an hour after opening. Production of 4956 bottles.

Freak is a fresh and mineral wine made from Chardonnay and Durello grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous and maceration on the skins takes place in terracotta amphorae. Aging in large barrels. Golden yellow color with aromas of elderberry and yellow fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and mineral with a remarkable drink.

RAPP by Rocco di Carpaneto is a red wine made from red grapes. Rapp means bunch in the old Carpanese dialect. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel tanks, with the exclusive use of wild yeasts, and prolonged maceration. Then it is aged for at least 20 months in large barrels. A wine that expresses aromas of red fruit, spices and balsamic notes on the nose. In the mouth the tannin is mordibo and stands out for its acidity.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir De l'Aube a l'Aube by Domaine Maryse Chatelain is a wine that on the nose offers aromas of red fruits followed by spicy and earthy notes. EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.
