Delica Cinquanta Filari by Azienda Agricola Marco Colicchio is a fresh, mineral-driven white wine made from a blend of white grape varieties. "Sempre In Due" by Fra I Monti is a white wine aged in amphorae produced from white grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only one hectare with a very low yield, which grows on clayey and loamy soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and in the cellar after destemming are fermented spontaneously in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. After the racking the fermentation in amphora ends without temperature control. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 months in amphorae. Sempre In Due is a wine with fresh and fruity aromas, with a beautiful body, soft, fresh and sapid. Long enough finish.

A 'la Voleè by Fra I Monti is a sparkling wine produced through the second fermentation in the bottle from white grapes. For the second fermentation in the bottle the same must is used, preserved until the following spring, a period in which the foaming takes place. It is not filtered or disgorged, it is therefore exposed with an evident deposit. A 'la Voleè is a very carefree and friendly bubble that gives aromas of citrus and yellow apple, and a fresh acidity in the mouth, and a surprising pleasantness to drink.
