Le Monade di Enoz - Masseria Torricella is a Fiano-based white wine produced entirely in amphora, from vinification to aging, with maceration on the skins for eight days. It is a well-structured wine with aromas of yellow pulp fruits, jasmine flowers and notes of acacia honey. Lezer is a classic fresh and carefree "snack wine" obtained from Teroldego grapes and an assembly of 10 vinification tests in amphora, wood, steel and cement. Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. "Sempre In Due" by Fra I Monti is a white wine aged in amphorae produced from white grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only one hectare with a very low yield, which grows on clayey and loamy soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and in the cellar after destemming are fermented spontaneously in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. After the racking the fermentation in amphora ends without temperature control. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 months in amphorae.
