The Enoz company (Enoz is the acronym of Zeno, the surname of Roberto, the current owner) is located on the slopes of the extinct volcanic complex of Roccamonfina, in the territory of Sessa Aurunca in Campania and overlooks the Gulf of Gaeta. Theirs is a story that starts from afar, 4 generations that have followed one another up to Roberto, who in 2013 decides to leave Naples, where he dealt with Human Resources and Industrial Relations, to buy a Masseria and renovate it from scratch, re-evaluating both the surrounding countryside and the housing structures that were practically in ruins. Today the company covers about 22 hectares of which 5 are destined to vineyards while the remainder are destined to olive groves, wheat and legumes.Its mission is to produce healthy, natural and high quality wines, respecting consumers, the territory and the tradition. The vineyards of Primitivo, Fiano and Falanghina are managed according to the rules of organic and biodynamic agriculture, extending into the heart of what was once Campania Felix, volcanic soils overlooking the sea at about 260 meters above sea level. The cellar has been created in a tuff cave, with a constant temperature of about fifteen / eighteen degrees throughout the year. Enoz wines are pampered and processed according to family traditions handed down for generations.
