An artisanal Champagne with great personality, produced by Charles Dufour in the Côte des Bar. “Bulles de Comptoir 14” is an original blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, expressing the authentic character of its terroir. The blend consists of 65% from the 2023 vintage, while the remaining 35% comes from reserve wines dating from 1982 to 2021, adding depth, complexity and character to the wine. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, following a winemaking philosophy that respects the natural expression of the grapes. The wine is then aged for 18 months in Burgundy pièces and large-format oak vats, allowing it to develop greater complexity, structure and harmony. An authentic and unconventional Extra Brut, perfect for those looking for a Champagne with a strong sense of place, complexity and distinctive character.
