Ombretta Mosso Rosato is a sparkling wine obtained with the use of both briefly macerated white grapes and directly pressed red grapes. Alessandro Viola's Rosè is a fresh and fragrant rosé wine that comes from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on medium-textured and clayey soils located at 250 m.s.l.m.
