Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by the residual yeasts. Znéstra has hints of citrus, orange and lemon on the nose, followed by notes of peach and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is juicy, slightly aromatic with a light tannin. "Marc'Aurelio" is a red sparkling wine made from Lambrusco Maestri grapes. After a maceration on the skins for 7 days, it is re-fermented in the bottle on its own yeasts with the first spring warms. It has a purple red color with a nice persistent foam. The nose tastes of red berry fruit like cherry and blackberry, followed by more earthy and vegetal scents.
