Fontanasanta by Elisabetta Foradori is a white wine obtained from Nosiola grapes, which come from a vineyard that grows on clayey-calcareous soils, Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts in amphora, with a long maceration on the skins for 8 months. The aging continues in the same amphorae. Fontanasanta is golden yellow in color. On the nose, intense aromas of exotic fruit, citrus, flowers and aromatic herbs.
