Rully Rouge La Chaume by Domaine Jean-Yves Devevey is a delicious and exuberant version of Pinot Noir. The grapes come from the small 40-year-old vineyard of lieu-dit, which is located on clayey-limestone soils with white-brown clays in the municipality by Rully in Côte Chalonnaise. Aging of 17-18 months in cask and then in the tank.

Cien Culotte by Benoit Delorme represents an atypical Burgundy. It is a full and taut chardonnay, with a straight and immediate sip. Vinification without the use of sulphites with spontaneous fermentation and aging on its lees for 6 months in barrique. Not to be missed, excellent in combination with fish first and second courses, it also goes well with crustaceans and molluscs.
