Claus Preisinger's Saint Laurent Ancestral is a sparkling white wine with a pink tinge obtained from the ancestral method from St. Laurent grapes. Bottle fermentation without disgorgement. Claus Preisinger's Puszta Libre is a red wine with an easy and direct drink, all played on fruit and lightness. Puszta is the Hungarian plain on the border with Austria and the juicy and fresh Puszta Libre is a tribute to an old-fashioned wine typical of the area. Like a good Dolcetto or a delicious Beaujolais, the Puszta Libre is to be drunk throughout the meal; better if slightly cool. The low alcohol content and extreme drinkability make it perfect, in solo, in a table of friends who, intent on chatting, lose count of the bottles.
