Lezer is a classic fresh and carefree "snack wine" obtained from Teroldego grapes and an assembly of 10 vinification tests in amphora, wood, steel and cement. On visual examination it shows a light ruby red tending towards purple. On the nose, fragrant aromas of small red fruits, and floral notes. The sip is slender, greedy, smooth, pleasant freshness.

Alessandro Viola's Rosè is a fresh and fragrant rosé wine that comes from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on medium-textured and clayey soils located at 250 m.s.l.m. Sottobanco is the new white wine by Andrea Occhpinti. A wine that strikes for its rich and sharp taste with an evident minerality. Vinification with whole cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small concrete barrels, without the use of chemical additives and oenological adjuvants, with the exception of a modest quantity of sulphites in the bottling phase. Rosso Arcaico by Andrea Occhipinti is a wine obtained from a blend of red grapes that grapes come from vineyards of an average age of 20 years planted on volcanic soils. Aging 6 months in terracotta amphorae and 2 months in bottle. The nose perceives fruit aromas, in particular apricot, spicy hints and notes of incense.
