The Etcetera, Etcetera by Momento Mori is a red wine composed of a blend of about 14 red and white grapes. As each variety is harvested and brought to the cellar, it is fermented and added to that of the day before in order to have a perpetual fermentation. A savory, fresh, energetic and very complex wine. Drink it fresh!

Aging: Partly in old exhausted wooden barrels, partly in steel.

Momento Mori's Fistful of Flowers is a white wine macerated on the skins for 21 days made from Moscato Giallo and Vermentino grapes. A structured wine that presents a great acidity, freshness and salinity with very fine tannins to complete the whole.
