JNK's Sv. Mihael is a white wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the small town of Šmihel where there is a church dedicated to San Michele, from which the wine takes its name. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts with a 4-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in old 500 liter barrels. The Sv. Mihael has a bright golden yellow color and has a rich and elegant bouquet, where hay emerges accompanied by linden flowers, green apple, dried apricot, pear and a distant nuance of elderberry.

Torrette di La Source is a red wine made from Petit Rouge and Vien de Nus grapes that come from the Saint-Pierre vineyard, planted in 1991 on a soil of sandy origin. The refinement takes place on the fine lees partly in steel and partly in wood to favor maturation and increase the complexity of flavor and aroma. A wine that on the nose gives intense hints of red berry fruit, violets and plums, and spicy notes. In the mouth it is structured and full-bodied, enveloping, dry and pleasant with a slightly spicy finish.

Verduzzo di Bressan is a white wine with great personality and expressive power that ages on the fine lees in barrique for about 8 months. It is a rare interpretation of dry Verduzzo. Gravner's Ribolla Gialla is an orange wine that goes beyond any convention and pre-established scheme, obtained from the grapes of the same name which is vinified in Georgian amphora with long maceration and aged in barrels for 6 years.
