Malagousia by Domaine Tatsis is a macerated white wine that comes from Macedonia, a region located in the north of Greece. The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 30 days, then refines in wooden barrels for 18 months. A very expressive wine with hints of grapefruit, honey, chamomile, and a crunchy acidity.

Service

The Domaine Tatsis is located in Goumenissa, a town in the Macedonian region, an ideal place for viticulture where the soils are of limestone origin. The Tatsis family arrived here in 1924 after the disintegration of the Ottoman Empire, coming from Bulgaria.
