Stefano Amerghi's Syrah is the most faithful and truthful mirror of what the territory of Cortona is. It is vinified in cement with maturation for 24 months in small barrels. It has a ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose intense aromas of red fruit, notes of tobacco and spices. On the palate it is complex, full-bodied, elegant, of great harmony with a long finish.

“Ciaüla” by Domaine De l'Agramante is a red wine obtained from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Counoise, which come from the vineyards located on the sandy soils in Sabran. 12 days of maceration on the skins, 8 months of aging in steel, assembly of the parcels before bottling. The nose shows spicy and floral notes, pleasant red cherry fruits. At the sip it has a good explosion of fruit, with a nice freshness and body.

Psychè is the red wine of Marenna that comes from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging takes place for 8 months between large oak, concrete and steel barrels. EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

Naked Red by Weingut Heinrich is a light, harmonious and juicy red wine, born from a marriage of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Saint Laurent.
