The name "52 Fuochi" (52 Hearths) alludes to the ancient *Descriptio Romandiole* census of 1371, which recorded the 52 families belonging to the parish of San Nicola di Baccagnano. The "Antico" sparkling wine is obtained using white grapes that come from vineyards over 35 years old grown in Trentino pergola on medium-textured limestone soils.
