Service
We taste it at a temperature of 6/8 ° in a flute ballon glass. Wine to be drunk immediately but left in the cellar a few years can give great emotions.
Pairing
Wine goes perfectly with first and second courses of fish, with pasta dishes based on light sauces, to try with a salmon tartare.
Cellar: Furlani
Cantina Furlani is located in Vigolo Vattaro, in the province of Trento. It is a small artisan winery managed by Matteo Furlani that cultivates its six hectares of vineyards with native vines such as Verderbara, White Lagarino, Vernaccia, Nosiola, Lagarino Rosso, Marzemino, Rosara, Negrara, Lagrein and vines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer. Matteo's vineyards are found on calcareous soil and are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics, the rejection of herbicides, pesticides and chemical fertilizers. In the cellar Matteo Furlani prefers spontaneous fermentations, indigenous yeasts, little sulphurous and for decanting follows the lunar cycles. There are numerous labels produced of both still and sparkling wines but certainly the company's flagship wines are the sparkling wines sur lie where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle and are not flawed before being put on the market. The wines of Cantina Furlani are an embarrassing drinkability.
