Milton is a rosé wine that comes from red grapes harvested quite late. Go directly to the press and ferment in open tanks, without skins. At the end of the fermentation, aged in steel for 5 months and then directly in the bottle. Soft, tasty, absent-minded. Dedicated to Milton, the hero of "A private matter" by Beppe Fenoglio, a hero of the Italian Resistance, who while immersing his life in the salvation of his land, is obsessed with the thought of the woman he loves and who may have betrayed him. Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is refined in steel tanks and after two decanting of clarification respecting the phases of the moon, it is bottled without adding sulfur. The nose offers a nice olfactory bouquet, mainly composed of fruity memories, among which the hints of cherry and plum stand out. The taste is fresh and smooth, medium-bodied and persistent.

Settantasette is a taut, juicy, pungent, grumpy, restless, bony wine that comes from red grapes. Maceration with the skins in open vats for 10 days, it is fermented with its yeasts, without added sulfur, without temperature control, without filtration or clarification. Then refinement in steel.

The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

Greglu is the new sparkling wine from Fattoria Mani di Luna. Grechetto in purity, a sharp, fresh refermented wine with great acidity. Checcarello is a fresh and fruity red wine that comes from a blend of Saniovese and Barbera. Aged in steel it gives us a light ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are of red fruit and small berries. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with good freshness and drinkability.

Ripetente di Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Due to a fermentation block in the 2021 vintage, it was produced with the ripasso technique, using the skins of the same type of grape as the 2022 vintage. It refines in steel for a few months.

Maceratum di Fongoli is a macerated white wine obtained with Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. The hand-picked grapes are fermented in open vats with spontaneous yeasts on the skins without temperature control and with manual punching down three times a day. Pressing with a soft membrane press. Permanence on the fine lees and decantation with decanting and oxygenation. The wine thus obtained is bottled without filtration or addition of sulfur. A wine with an intense and brilliant yellow color with beautiful shades and lively reflections. Enveloping aromas that recall honey and exotic fruit notes.
