Don Fà is an aromatized wine liqueur made from an ancient recipe of the Barons de Beaumont. Only red grapes and black cherry leaves are used for this product. It has a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it reveals distinct hints of black cherry, along with spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and warm, elegant, and has a long finish.

Terre Silvate is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes, supplemented according to the vintage by a small presence of Trebbiano and Malvasia, according to the ancient tradition. Refine for about 6 months in concrete tanks. On the nose, delicate aromas of sour apple, citrus, white flowers and herbs. On the palate it is dry, with a pleasant acidity and with the evolution in the bottle it tends to acquire softness and pleasant honeyed and almond tones.

Alsace Bergweingarten is a white wine obtained from Sylvaner grapes from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. Refines in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. Intense straw yellow color with intense and fine aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

"Teresa" is a very expressive red wine with a very pleasant bouquet produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel containers. Aging takes place for 12 months in old wooden barrels. Bottled without the use of sulfur dioxide addition or filtrations. Ruby red with light purple reflections, the nose expresses notes of red fruit, withered flowers and a slight spiciness. Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.

The Metodo interrotto Brut Nature Rosè by Furlani is obtained using a bledn of red and white grapes that come from old vineyards that grow on soils of calcareous origin. Spontaneous fermentation for the formation of the base wine and re-fermentation in the bottle where it remains to refine on the lees for two years. It is not opened or dosed and without the addition of sulfur dioxide before being put on the market. It has a slightly turbid pink color with lively bubbles. Classic aromas of bread crust, flowers and light mineral notes on the nose. In the mouth great drinkability, pleasantness and all the experience of the yeasts that enhances the mineral strength of the alpine place.

The Dolcetto di Dogliani SuperioreValdibà by San Fereolo is a fresh and medium-structured wine produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyards located on the south-east and north-west side of the San Fereolo hill.
