"Le Fole" is a full-bodied and intense red wine born from Aglinico grapes and vinified and aged in wood for 12 months. The nose is intense and the aromas recall red fruit, citrus fruits, spices and tobacco. In the mouth it is enveloping, deep, fresh with elegant tannins. Excellent persistence.

Aglianico Le Fole - Cantina Gairdino
Obtained from Aglianico grapes from vineyards grown in biodynamic regime implanted in 1975. The spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with long maceration of 40 days. It continues its aging in oak barrels for 12 months and 6 in bottles. Le Fole has an intense ruby red color. The nose is intense and the aromas evoke the red fruta, citrus fruits, spices and tobacco. In the mouth it is enveloping, deep, fresh with elegant tannins. Good persistence.
Service
It is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately, but will give the best of themselves in a few years.
Pairing
Le Fole is excellent with pasta with lamb sauce, try it with a roast pork with cider and apples.

Founded in 1997, with real wine vinification garage owners that made in their garage in 2003 by Antonio and his wife Daniela Gruttola manage to buy a private cellar in Ariano Irpino nell'avellinese. Today Cantina Giardino has about seven hectares of vineyards all conducted in organic viticulture and vineyards that reach up to 100 years. All are located in various municipalities of the province of Avellino, and each has different microclimates and terroir. Maximum care is taken in the vineyard where chemical treatments are abolished, and the same care is taken in the cellar, where the fermentations are spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skins are more or less long and refinements are made in chestnut barrels or oak and amphorae. The vineyards are all native, Fiano, Greek, Foxtail and Aglianico, which make up the nine company labels. Wines produced as naturally as possible to reflect the genuine soul of the land.
