The Coteaux Champenois Blanc "Vin de Comptoir" is one of the few still white wines found in Champagne. Which is not easy to do at these latitudes, but Charles Dufour succeeded greatly by giving us this jewel produced with Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay grapes and Pinot Noir with vinification and aging in barrique.

The Sancerre Blanc Auksinis from Domaine Etienne et Sebastien Riffault is a white wine of great maturity and Mediterranean. Despite its opulence, it remains a tense wine, amidst minerality, matter and typical traits of botrytis.

The Barbaresco of Cascina Roccalini is a full-bodied and very elegant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes.The color is bright ruby red with a nose that expresses aromas of red fruits, spicy and tertiary aromas. In the mouth it is elegant, deep, very mineral and with tannins present, vigorous but at the same time delicate.

The Vino Rosso by Cascina Ebreo is the wine that Pete has inherited from the new generations of winemakers who will carry on his philosophy of "extreme wines". A playful and innovative wine made from red grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 25/30 days in steel. Aging in Austrian oak barrels for four months and another six months in steel. A wine that expresses fruity and floral aromas with a disruptive and drinkable attitude, where the acidity, always present, completes the fruity sensations with a fresh and pleasant freshness.

Mons Roni Cannitum is an orange wine produced from a blend of Verdeca, wild Moscatello, and Malvasia grapes. In appearance, it shows an amber–copper hue, typical of skin-contact vinification. On the nose, it reveals a complex and well-defined aromatic profile, with herbaceous notes, ripe exotic fruit, and citrus nuances, complemented by hints of Mediterranean scrub and spices. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a balanced structure and a fine, delicate texture. The mouthfeel is full and harmonious, offering good volume and breadth, supported by a lively acidity that enhances drinkability. The finish is persistent, with fruity returns. Any sediment present is natural.

Joseph Chamonard's Morgon is a red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. A carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows. Refine 60% of the product in wood. It has a ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are intense with small red fruits and earthy hints. In the mouth it is full-bodied and enveloping, with young tannins and good freshness. It closes with a long and fresh finish.

The Don Chisciotte is a macerated white wine made from 100% Fiano grapes that come from a 20 year old vineyard located at 800 m.s.l.m. A characteristic of Don Quixote is the 10-15 days maceration on the skins. Aging of 12 months in steel and 8 months in bottle. The color is golden yellow with intense and original aromas reminiscent of gentian and cinchona, officinal herbs. On the palate it is stimulating and unconventional, warm, enveloping and with a long finish

The "Litrotto Rosso" together with its brother "Litrotto Bianco" are the simplest and most immediate wines of L'Archetipo. The name is inspired by the particular one liter size. The grapes used are a blend of Montepulciano, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo and Susamaniello. Refines in the same tanks for a period of 18 months. On the nose it expresses pleasant notes of red fruits, with touches of Mediterranean scrub and savory sensations. At the sip it is inviting, juicy, allowing it to show its fresh and fragrant aromas of wild fruit, wild herbs and Mediterranean scrub with delicate marine echoes in the background. The taste is simple, juicy, with a light body and an extraordinary drink.

Bizona is a young and carefree red wine, made from Primitivo grapes. The name is a tribute to an old film by Lino Banfi, the famous "The coach in the ball", where Banfi invents the famous 5-5-5 dual zone module. It is a light, direct, very fresh wine, with an overwhelming drink. In summer you can drink at a temperature around 10/12 °.

Cupersito by Casebianche is a pure Aglianico of great texture. The vinification is spontaneous with maceration of 10-12 days, and continuous pumping over the entire period of alcoholic fermentation. Then it refines 12 months for half in large barrels from 20 hl and for the other in tonneau. A wine with an intense ruby red color. On the nose evident hints of red fruit, in particular black cherry and red fruit, notes of licorice, nutmeg and sweet tobacco. body, enveloping, with tannins in evidence, good freshness with a good finish.

Unodinoi is an enveloping and drinkable red wine that comes from Primitivo grapes. It ages for 18 months on fine lees with continuous batonnage and decanting. Bobotti is the pure cannonau produced by Piergraziano Sanna, a whimsical winemaker from Mamoiada. A feminine wine, according to the intentions of its creator, able to brighten up the romantic couple's dinners. Bobotti is the black man who according to Sardinian tradition scares children. The nose is fruity, with flavors of raspberries and ripe plums, notes of Mediterranean scrub and spices. The taste is warm, full-bodied, of excellent freshness and pleasantly tannic. Pacina's "Cerretina" is a white wine macerated on the skins from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes, aged for 14 months in large Allier oak barrels and 5 hectoliters acacia tonneaux. The nose releases intense aromas of hay, medicinal herbs, honey and wildflowers, framed by mineral and balsamic puffs.

The Cascina Tavijn Red Wine is a wine that impresses with its highly enjoyable sip, which ferments and refines for a few months in fiberglass tanks. It is ruby red in color.
