So welcome to the newest addition to La Distesa. NovantaNove, like a wine Corrado Dettori made about fifteen years ago but then stopped making. Inspired by Mediterranean oxidatives, a 2015-based perpetual, not overly meditative, but instead designed to accompany aperitifs and tapas, raw fish, and seafood pasta dishes. Cheers.

Cio Bacaro is a pure Tai Rosso that embodies the excellence of the Colli Berici region. Produced from hand-harvested grapes and made using spontaneous fermentation, it is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and a further 12 months in the bottle, developing elegance, structure, and complexity. Valpolicella Ripasso di Monte dei Ragni is a full-bodied, structured red wine, the younger brother of Amarone. It is vinified with the Ripasso technique and aged for about 30 months in old large barrels.

The "Manca" dei Garagisti di Sorgono is a wine made 1005 cannonau grapes. The grapes come from very old vines trained as sapling on white granite soils. The vinification is spontaneous in steel containers and in cone-shaped wooden vats. The aging continues for 12 months in oak barriques. Manca has an intense ruby red color. The nose reveals a bouquet of ripe fruit, with notes of pepper and fresh herbs. In the mouth it expresses a full, elegant, soft body, with a return of fruit aromas. Good freshness and persistence .

Bobotti is the pure cannonau produced by Piergraziano Sanna, a whimsical winemaker from Mamoiada. A feminine wine, according to the intentions of its creator, able to brighten up the romantic couple's dinners. Bobotti is the black man who according to Sardinian tradition scares children. The nose is fruity, with flavors of raspberries and ripe plums, notes of Mediterranean scrub and spices. The taste is warm, full-bodied, of excellent freshness and pleasantly tannic. Excellent length. Bobotti is a graceful and charming Cannonau that will become the companion of everyday conviviality.

Cerasuolo di Praesidium is a versatile wine with a great mineral freshness. After fermentation it rests for at least five months in steel barrels. On the nose floral aromas of rose and hints of red berries, followed by notes of mineral nuances. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and lively, with good flavor and a fruity finish.

Terpin's Chardonnay is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the oldest vineyards located on land composed of ponka. Aging in wooden barrels. It is not filtered or stabilized before being put on the market. A nice golden yellow in the glass, with slightly amber reflections. The nose includes aromas of ripe fruit, honeyed notes, and dried flowers. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, round, savory, with good minerality and freshness. Closes long.

Berteru Riserva is a powerful and elegant red wine made from Cannonau grapes which ages for two years of rest in small barrels. The eye gives a beautiful intense ruby red, tending towards garnet. On the nose the olfactory bouquet is rich and deeply fruity, supported by hints of ripe cherry, myrtle, plums and wild blackberries. The palate is warm and full-bodied, with excellent structure, soft tannins and long persistence.

Talpa by Luigi Fersini is a red wine crafted with respect for the land and the grapes. Vinified with a long maceration on the skins, it ages in stainless steel for approximately 12 months before bottling. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit and Mediterranean herbs stand out, along with salty and chocolate notes, with a slightly ethereal and appropriately tannic finish. On the palate, it is elegant, supported by smooth tannins and a vibrant mineral-acidic edge. The finish is a perfect match for the bouquet.

Campo delle Oche by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a complex and mineral wine made from Verdicchio grapes. it is a deep straw yellow. Refine for 2 months in cement and 18 months in steel on the lees. An evolved and complex wine with notes of ripe fruit, chamomile, marzipan and mineral notes that border on hydrocarbon. In the mouth it is structured, warm, enveloping and long persistent.A great wine capable of defying time.

"Nzemmulla" by Bruno Ferrara Sardo is an intense red wine that comes from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes on the slopes of Etna. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of small red fruits and spicy hints. On the palate it is of good structure, warm and soft, with a finish of excellent persistence. Nzemmula is memory, but not only: it is a wine that expresses its intrinsic characteristic of sharing, its ability to establish and forge relationships. Hence the choice of the name "´nzemmula" which in the local dialect means "together" and wants to be an invitation to the joy and pleasure of sharing.

Kπ Amphorae 100% by Daniel Ramos is a garnacha-based red wine which is vinified and aged for about 9 months in the classic tinaja. 3265 bottles produced. A wine with fruity aromas of blackcurrant, pomegranate and strawberry, followed by notes of eucalyptus and spices. On the palate it has good minerality and refreshing acidity, silky tannins and a long finish.

Li Sureddi Rosso by Antichi Vigneti Manca is a red wine of great density and slightly sweetish as per the Romangia winemaking tradition. Obtained from Cannonau grapes, it is aged in cement for 24 months. Unodinoi is an enveloping and drinkable red wine that comes from Primitivo grapes. It ages for 18 months on fine lees with continuous batonnage and decanting. Barbera d’Alba D.O.C. Superiore by Segni di Langa is a wine of great structure and intensity. It has not undergone any type of treatment, if not natural fermentation and obsessive care in the vineyard first and then in the cellar. Ages 12 months in 2, 3 and 4 year old barriques. Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping , dense and complex, with a very long persistence.

Terra di Vigneti Massa is a juicy and sincere red wine, simple, clear and distinct red fruits with a slight hint of spiciness. On the finish, great drinkability and freshness to spare. It is produced from red grapes found at around 300 meters above sea level, on calcareous and skeletal soils, capable of producing mineral and juicy wines. In the cellar, the grapes ferment spontaneously using only indigenous yeasts. It is the ideal wine for celebrating and toasting, all accompanied by a nice pasta and beans.

Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. Only one filtration is carried out before bottling, which takes place without clarification and with a minimal addition of sulphites. A wine that on the nose has intense fruity and floral notes typical of gewurztraminer with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasant and fresh.
