The "Antico" sparkling wine is obtained using white grapes that come from vineyards over 35 years old grown in Trentino pergola on medium-textured limestone soils. Julian Haart's Mosel Riesling is certainly a wine of great character and quality. Julian Haart's Piesporter HaartRiesling is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crunchy and consistent structure. Domaine Durrman's Zegwur is an interesting and distinctive wine, which highlights the expressive potential of Gewurztraminer through an atypical winemaking approach.
