Bourgogne Epineuil Vals Noirdi Vini Viti Vinci is a wine obtained from Pinot Noir grapes. The reds of this Appellation are characterized by their great softness, finesse. The grapes come from vines grown on calcareous and clayey soils. After manual harvesting, they are fermented in whole bunches using the carbonic maceration technique. Aged for 9 months in barrique. Nicolas Vauthier was among the first to promote natural wines in France. He was the creator of Aux Crieurs de Vin, a bar in vin in the center of Troyes, who has been running for more than 10 years.
