Mirko Mariotti's Treb is a fresh and savory wine obtained from Trebbiano grapes with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The grapes come from vines over 100 years old which are located just 300 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Spontaneous fermentation with short maceration time on the skins and bottling for refermentation without adding anything. Never foul. Refinement of 4 months in the bottle before release. Very treb, very delicious. Enjoy the sun with a light meal and lots of positive people.

Smarazed is a sparkling wine much appreciated for its freshness and flavor, which comes from a blend of Trebbiano Romagnolo and Malvasia di Candia. It has a slightly turbid straw yellow color with a good effervescence. On the nose intense and fine aromas of floral and fruity scents are released. In the mouth it is dry, warm, fairly soft but fresh and tasty, with a good finish.

Azimut Cava Blanc Brut Nature by Suriol is a sparkling wine resulting from an assembly of classic native varieties used for Cava: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. It ages in the bottle for about 9 months before being disgorged. Zero dosage. Azimut is a complex and highly drinkable wine. The Cuveè 60 is an intense and complex classic method sparkling wine based on chardonnay. 60 months aging on the lees. It has a golden yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose aromas of bread crust and evolved aromas of yellow paste fruit. On the palate the entrance is decided with slightly smoky notes that are accompanied by buttery, fat, full-bodied and very persistent hints.

The "Piantagrane" of Villa Job is a wine macerated briefly on the skins obtained from Pinot grigio grapes from different parcels. Refinement inside spent barrels and concrete tanks for 9 months. The "Piantagrane" has an intense golden yellow color. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

Stefano Amerghi's Syrah is the most faithful and truthful mirror of what the territory of Cortona is. It is vinified in cement with maturation for 24 months in small barrels. Bianco Cancelli is a fresh, immediate and pleasant wine produced from white grapes that come from vineyards grown without aid of synthetic chemistry neither on plants nor on earth. Aging in concrete tanks. It has straw yellow with aromas of fruit and fresh flowers. In the mouth it is agile and snappy, dynamic fresh. An easy-to-drink wine.
