Ripetente di Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Due to a fermentation block in the 2021 vintage, it was produced with the ripasso technique, using the skins of the same type of grape as the 2022 vintage. It refines in steel for a few months.

Molitor's Riesling Alte Reben Trocken is a white wine obtained from pure Riesling grapes. This is the oldest vintage available. The scent is buttery and tropical, leeches and passion fruit on chalk and burnt rubber. In the glass it evolves into a disarming complexity, surprising freshness on the palate. Peach and lemon on the nose, flint. Burnt rubber now looks like oil. Long and austere, fresh and drinkable. A great emotion.

Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar. Iscadoro di Casebianche is a white wine obtained from a blend of Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 1998 on a clayey-calcareous soil. Aging on its own yeasts for 70% in steel tanks and 30% in 500l barrels for about eight months. Straw-yellow in color with golden reflections, the nose has hints of citrus and ripe fruit, with smoky and spicy notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is soft and rich in flavor. Long, deep and aromatic complexity finish. A wine of tradition and of the territory, using a blend and a vinification technique used by the farmers of Cilento.

The fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins for 1 day, to then finish its refinement in steel. The nose offers notes of bergamot, Mediterranean herbs and wild flowers. On the palate it is agile, direct and highly drinkable.
