"Surlie" by Mirko Mriotti is a lively and dynamic sparkling red wine that comes from grapes of Fortana in purity. Purplish red color, slightly turbid with a good effervescence. On the nose the aromas are intense and fine with floral and fruity scents. In the mouth it is dry, warm, fairly soft but fresh and tasty, with a bitter finish.

Barba Roja Ancestral by Loxarel is a sparkling wine that comes from a Sumoll blend, red Xarelho and Grenache, elaborated according to the ancestral method, of a single fermentation that begins in 720-liter clay amphorae itself and ends in the bottle . It is marketed without disgorgement. Vineyards located at an altitude of 700 m above sea level in the area of Pla de Manlleu (Alt Penedès). Clayey, poor and calcareous soil, with very diversified undergrowth, surrounded by pines, oaks and some clays.

Lezer is a classic fresh and carefree "snack wine" obtained from Teroldego grapes and an assembly of 10 vinification tests in amphora, wood, steel and cement. On visual examination it shows a light ruby red tending towards purple. On the nose, fragrant aromas of small red fruits, and floral notes. The sip is slender, greedy, smooth, pleasant freshness.

The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. Loxarel’s A Pèl Parellada Montònega is a white wine made from 100% Parellada Montenega, fermented and aged in amphorae using only indigenous yeasts. Produced without added sulfites, filtration, or stabilization, it expresses the full purity of the grape variety and the terroir. It presents a straw-yellow color with greenish hues and may appear slightly hazy. On the nose, it releases notes of pink grapefruit, wild thyme, and Mediterranean scrub, while on the palate, it is fresh, creamy, complex, and persistent, with hints of white fruit.

Loxarel’s A Pèl Blanc is a white wine made from Xarel·lo grapes grown at the Can Mayol estate. In the glass, it displays a golden-yellow hue, sometimes with a slight haze.
