The "Macerato" sparkling wine from Cantina Furlani is produced using white grapes. The vinification is carried out spontaneously without added yeasts and without temperature control, with a short maceration. For decanting the lunar cycles are followed. The refermentation in the bottle takes place with indigenous yeasts and the wine is clarified with the only use of winter cold. It is not filtered. Zero sulfur dioxide added. A 'la Voleè by Fra I Monti is a sparkling wine produced through the second fermentation in the bottle from white grapes. Malvasia "Levante 90" is a sparkling wine produced with the method of refermentation in bottle from Malvasia di Candia and Spergola grapes. It has a bright straw yellow color. The nose expresses the characteristic aromatic scents of Malvasia composed of yellow berry fruit, dried flowers, and honeyed notes. In the mouth it is lively and snappy, balanced by an excellent acidic freshness and characterized by a good aroma. Good length finish.
